Eight people, eight sessions, one line. The eyes sit at the same height in every image we make, whatever the look, so a team page reads as one firm. The line is the Standard.

The team page is read before the deck.

Your people's profiles are read before the call. Most firms assemble those images from five photographers, three backdrops and a decade of promotions, and it shows.

We photograph everyone to one written standard, in your own meeting room, forty people in a day, and keep that standard for every office and every joiner. The firm contracts by the day; nothing is sold to individuals.

Six commitments, each a clause in our terms

  1. One standard

Your Corporate Headshot Standard is written down: lighting, backdrop, framing, crop and finishing. Every office and every joiner is photographed to it.

  2. The studio comes to you

A complete studio in a meeting room. Up in 30 minutes, down in 20, nothing left behind.

  3. Ten minutes, then back to work

Each person books a ten-minute window. Five or six minutes in front of the camera; back at their desk inside twelve.

  4. You approve before you leave

Every session is shot tethered. You see your frames on screen and choose the ones that go to finishing, so nothing arrives later that you have not already liked.

  5. Finished, not just edited

Every image is hand-finished to a published specification and delivered in every format you will use.

  6. It is a programme, not a job

We come back quarterly, so joiners, promotions and refreshes are photographed to the same standard and your people are never out of date.

Ten minutes, start to finish

Nobody waits, nobody queues, and nobody leaves wondering whether there was a frame they liked.

  1. Arrive at your time, not before

Check in with the code on your phone or just your name. There is no queue and no line of colleagues outside the door.

  2. Five or six minutes with the photographer

Direction on posture, where to look and what to do with your hands. A second look if you want one.

  3. See your frames and choose

The frames appear on the screen beside the camera as they are taken. You choose the two or three that go to finishing; nothing goes forward that you have not chosen.

  4. Back at your desk inside twelve

Your approved frames are in your gallery that evening; the finished image follows within ten working days, in every format, at full resolution.

Six looks, one travelling studio

The same discipline with one variable changed: the light, the place, the moment, the colour. Choose a look.

Team pages where every person must read as equal

What happens after you approve a frame

Seven steps, 15 to 25 minutes an image, every image. Select a step to see what it changes, or compare the approved frame with the finished file.

What a sitter sees

No distribution step. The evening of the day, each person sees the frames they approved; within ten working days their finished image is in every format, at full resolution, behind their own sitter number.

Six questions every buyer asks

What does it cost?

GBP 2,950 plus VAT for a Standard Day of up to 40 people. Everything is priced by the day and sold to the firm; nothing is sold per person.

See all prices

How long is each person away from their desk?

Ten minutes. Five or six of them are in front of the camera; the rest is walking there, approving the frames on screen and walking back.

A day at your office

What does the room need?

A meeting room of about four by three metres with two sockets, and battery lighting if there are none. The studio is up in 30 minutes and down in 20, and nothing is left behind at lunchtime.

The room specification

How quickly do the images come back?

Proofs of the approved frames on the day. The full finished set, in every placement format, through the sitter portal within ten working days.

What finishing involves

What happens when someone joins next month?

Their session is matched to your written Standard, at the next programme day or at a catch-up session, so the new image sits in the set without looking new.

How the programme works

Questions people ask

Is this for individuals as well as firms?

No. We work for the firm, by the shooting day. Individuals book their window through the link their firm circulates, and collect their images from their own gallery, but nothing is sold or billed to a person.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

Forty on a Standard Day. The cap is deliberate: every image is finished by hand for 15 to 25 minutes, and forty is what one photographer can shoot in ten-minute windows and one finishing team can deliver in ten working days. Larger teams are photographed over consecutive days.

Can you match headshots we already have?

Usually, yes. We record the existing lighting, backdrop and crop as the first version of your Standard and photograph to it. If the existing set cannot be matched well, we say so and propose a Standard worth keeping.
